Rotary Straighteners
Motor driven, rotary type. Wire pulled through manually. Choice
of four models, for wire from 1/32" to 3/16". Ideal for
small jobs. Each model will handle several sizes smaller than rated
capacity. 1/2, 3/4 or 1 HP motor, depending on size.

Rotary Type Straightener
10 Models from .015" to 3/4". Rotary type wire
straighteners are generally used for straightening lengths of wire
bent in shipment mandrels to be reused also in connection with
automatic wire forming machines, headers, presses and other similar
equipment.

Oscillating Wire Straightening Unit
Seven models from .025" to 3/8". Used where
intermittent feeding is required as with presses, headers and wire
forming machines. Adjustable for wire diameters and required
cycling.

Roll Straightener Quick Release Cam Operated
14 roll, central foot, an ideal way to remove natural curve of
the coil before forming, heading, power pressing, etc. Six models.
Capacity .045" to 9/16" mild steel wire. All rolls are
equipped with needle bearings and GITS oilers. Does not require
resetting of the rolls when same size wire is being straightened.
